Emma joined Be UK in 2017 and leads our HR function. She has over 20 years’ HR experience, gained in a variety of consulting and other professional services organisations.
Emma works to ensure we have the strategies, tools and processes that enable us to attract, develop and retain talented people to deliver innovative and strong business performance. She is particularly passionate about creating an environment in which every individual is valued for who they are and has the right support and opportunity to achieve their full potential.
When Emma’s not busy looking after our employees, she volunteers as an advisor at Citizens Advice.
