October 2016, so over six years now!
I typically like to start my day with a run first thing in the morning, followed by a coffee to kick start my day!
My working day tends to involve a lot of meetings with colleagues and our clients, so I let the diary run itself – but I always ensure I leave time in the day to catch up with my team – which has become particularly important since we started working in a hybrid environment.
The key things that spring to mind are: fun, vibrant and sociable. We have a huge commitment to our clients and we thrive to deliver the very best for them – but we also like to take the opportunity to have some fun. We always try to have team lunches or after work drinks where possible – we’re a social bunch!
We’re also a very diverse group of people, which is great for idea creation and problem solving.
Our team have a variety of academic and consulting backgrounds, which gives us a really eclectic mix of knowledge and experience, meaning that people who are younger in their careers will be learning from real experts in their fields.
